Outstanding Value Added

Wembley High Technology College has gained national recognition as one of the top schools in the country for work in adding value to students' achievements at GCSE at a celebratory event held on March 16 in central London. Gill Bal, Headteacher collected the award.

Value added scores show the progress students in a school have made between their test results at age 11 and 16, according to the Jesson value-added measure (JVA), developed by Professor David Jesson.
