To make an in-year application please complete the form below and email it to: reception@whtc.co.uk
Waiting lists will be maintained by the school from September 2025.
Once we receive your application you will be placed on the waiting list and you will not hear from the school unless we are in a position to offer your child a school place.
If you would like to know your waiting list position, please email reception@whtc.co.uk with your child’s full name and year group.
A child’s position on the waiting list does not depend upon the time they have been on the list, but will be determined by how they meet the oversubscription criteria. This means that a child’s position on the list can go down as well as up, depending upon the child’s circumstances and those of other applicants. Please note that the waiting list will be closed each year and will not roll over.
