This week’s work is below for your classes. You should also check your emails as some additional instructions from teachers may be sent. Remember to ask your subject teacher if you need any extra help or support with the work.

Year 9 and 10 History

This week you finish the topic of medieval medicine and start to revise the second period – medicine in the Renaissance (c.1500-1700). The two questions we will answer are:

  1. What can the Black Death tell us about medicine in medieval England?
  1. Why was medicine able to move forward in the Renaissance (c.1500-1750)?
