About Us

Wembley High Technology College is one of the highest performing schools in the country. Nationally, the achievement of our pupils is exceptional; in 2019, our Progress 8 score of +1.58 has been recognised as the 4th highest in the country by the Department for Education. This progress from Key Stage 2 to GCSE has a transformative impact on our pupils’ life chances and last year, 56% of pupils leaving us went on to Russell Group Universities to study a range of academic subjects. In September 2020, Wembley High has welcomed pupils from North Brent School in Year 7 while their new £27 million building is completed. The addition of a new school in our Multi-Academy Trust provides exciting development and leadership opportunities for staff in the years to come.

The Physical Education Department

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who will join a well-established department to teach Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 as well as lead extracurricular PE for all students in the College. In addition to core PE, we also deliver a CTEC qualification in Sport at KS4 where students receive outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have the passion and technical ability to create, deliver and evaluate a PE curriculum that allows all students to develop.

Why Join Us
